Dr. Shepperson performed a hip replacement surgery on me after the neck of my femur was broken in an accident. This happened a little less than a month ago. The recovery has been relatively easy and fast. I did not expect to be doing so well and walking so confidently this soon. The pain I experienced after coming home was handled well with ibuprofen. I have to give credit to my recovery to having a very skillful surgeon and surgical team. I am extremely grateful to Dr. Shepperson.
He did both my knee replacements in 2020 at different times. I have my life back. I forget I even have knee replacements, they feel that good! I can’t praise him enough. My scars aren’t noticeable. He has a great bedside manner, easy to talk to, explains things well, listens, and does not make you feel rushed at appointments. Very caring and competent surgeon. I very highly recommend!
Dr Shepperson is an awesome doctor, he gave me my life back! I highly recommend him. He is a great listener and I didn’t feel rushed at any visit. The surgery went well and you can’t hardly see the incision.
He did a great job on knee replacements; however, two years out I'm still in terrible pain in my left knee. He kept saying the implant looked good. Well, so be it, but I'm still using a cane and in pain daily. He finally told me to get a second opinion. He's a nice guy and all, but that doesn't stop my pain. So my advice, if you have post-op pain don't expect any help from him.
Dr. Shepperson has given me my life back!! He gave me a total hip replacement due to my hip dysplasia! I would totally recommend Dr. Shepperson. He is an amazing dr.
Dr. Shepperson performed successful rotator cuff surgery on me in July of 2018. He and his staff were very thorough and professional. My shoulder is very good 3 months post-surgery. It improves every week. Dr. Shepperson's follow-up has been thorough. He's a great listener. I have never had shorter wait times in a medical office! Great physician and a great guy. Thanks Dr. Shepperson.
i messed up my arm and shoulder. He wanted to do surgery right away before trying other things to see if anything else helped. He was not happy when I suggested other things like physical therapy.
He is a great doctor. Pleasant to meet with, never seemed to patronize me but always made me feel very important to him.
Wonderful experience. Made me feel very comfortable with procedure being performed. I was very confident I was getting best care available. My family member accompanying me to the hospital for my surgery was very impressed with Dr. Sheppersons professionalism and bed side manner. I tell everyone he is the best.
