The staff have been great. We haven't had a bad experience at anytime, I just wish we didn't have to drive an hour and a half one way for an appointment.
I had a disappointing experience with this office related to their recent system transition. Based on other similar feedback, this does not appear to be an isolated issue. During the change, patients were not given clear instructions on how the new system would work or how to continue making payments. I was even told that staff themselves did not fully know how the new system would function at the time. Very disappointing experience. I scheduled an appointment for my son two months in advance, but one week before the visit, I was told the doctor no longer accepts our insurance and the appointment was pushed back another month. The staff was impatient and showed no empathy or apology—just “take it or cancel.” Very unprofessional.
