Customer service was not great. I never knew when they were open because there website on Google was not accurate! I had a bracket break off and they didn't fix it for months then they offered to do it when it was time for my braces to come off. One person there literally slipped off something in my mouth while working and really hurt me and instead if apologizing she said "oh your fine". Never had a good experience there.
I've gone to the Salem one for both of my girls. I've never had any issues at all. Wait times are good. Staff is polite and they do a great job. No complaints about a medical facility is rare so I couldn't be happier.
They always get you an appointment it just may be months before they get you in because of odd office hours in salem. Although With multiple locations you can go to it makes it nice in case of emergency. They actually take most insurance and are always positive and pleasant in office. They explain all of the processes in depth and walk you through it quite well. I highly recommend to anyone looking for an orthodontist in the Salem area
Update: I came back in to the office to try to get my money back for what I had paid at the consultation. They were unable since the outside lab had done the work. On the bright side, the staff was apologetic, professional in their communication and kind. They got my son back for his appointment, 35 minutes after his scheduled appointment time.
