Took my nephew to get 1 pair of glasses with his Medicaid insurance (out of the 2 they are allowed per year). just recently we’ve gone to another place to get his 2nd set and we can’t because Precision billed 2 sets of glasses with his first order and used up his benefits.. The new store said they’ve done this to several of there patients. Carried my prescription for glasses there. My first visit was fine I picked my frames.When my glasses came back from lab could not see to read .The bifocals was put in the wrong place so sent my glasses back for a bifocal change. Nearly two weeks I picked up my glasses , bifocals ok , but when I cleaned them the lenses slipped badly in the frames.
