Have been a customer in one format or the other since the late 90s. Would never go anywhere else unless it was an emergency . Best supplier i have.
I have used Precision converters almost exclusively at my 2 high volume transmission shops for over 10 years. Many vendors have tried to get our business but do not have the innovation, reliability or customer service Precision gives every day. Many are less expensive but the quality is not even close.
As a wife of an employee, I am absolutely astonished with how well this company takes care of it's employees. Thank you.
The best torque converters on the market! Service is unbeatable!
They have a great product. I had used them in rebuilds and installs. I was not a full time transmission shop, and didn't do hundreds. I had bought maybe 6-12 converters and probably an equal amount of trans and transfer case rebuild kits. I hadn't done any in a while, and went to order one. Customer service said I needed to renew my CC agreement, no problem. Filled it out and the CEO of the company stepped in saying do not sell to me.
