Great people here, Josh and Joseph the guys up front are really helpfull and you can tell they really care about getting your car fixed right the first time. I've been having an intermittent problem that finally acted up when I was in the area, I gave them a call to say it was doing it, and they said bring it in right now which I did.... Anyways they found the wiring short and it's all fixed! Thanks Guys!
Don't be scared... your vehicle will get the first rate attention you want from a dealership but without trying to sell you things you don't need and hassle-free! Ask them to beat the dealer rate on your first service and find out what you are missing! You'll never go anywhere else again. I didn't think my MINI could get what she needs outside the dealer and I was wrong.
Took my Land Rover in for the check engine light staying on, I dropped it off and they gave me a free loaner car to drive. Later on they called me with the bad news, except it wasn't bad news the gas capped failed and triggered the light. They replaced the gas cap,cleared all the codes and charged me minimum. Needless to say I'm very happy with Precision and will be bringing my wife's Volvo in for maintenance work from now on besides my Rover. Thanks !!
Just picked up my X5 after having my Inspection II Service done, I must say I'm pretty impressed with their shop since not only was my car washed, they replaced a few burned out light bulbs I forgot to mention and didnt charge me. The dealer would have charged me $$.
I have been coming to Precision for the last few years, I have always liked being able to ask the tech who worked on my Bimmer questions, and the advisers never make you feel rushed to take your money and leave the shop. I can tell you they are not the cheapest shop but then owning a BMW you don't want cheap since you get what you pay for. I'm sure jiffy lube is good for your Ford but I'm not risking it on my M3, I'm kinda fussy that way just ask my wife.
This company surely doesn't deserve your business let alone be in business...there dishonest crooks! Read... *** IF YOU WANT to be RIPPED OFF!! and have YOUR CARS BODY DAMAGED to the tune of $1500 plus...then this is the shop for you. Brought my car in for a coolant leak & found out it was a simple replacement of the expansion reservoir tank....they placed the part in my car without calling me first & tried to over charge me over $330 for installation & the part before I came to pick it up...I didn't have that much money and... read more
A Free Loaner Car Wow, I was very impressed with the offer of a loaner car for a first time customer, they even had in stock the correct battery for my Z3. I'm really glad I had my car towed to them,and will come back to have my future repairs or other car stuff done here. Thanks Guys!
I'm Very Happy!! This was a great experience taking my BMW to a new shop other then the Dealer who never seems to return my phone calls, but since my free maintenance was over, it was time to find a new shop. I did some searching and came across Precision Motorworks, I called and they got my car in the next day for an Inspection Service.. they even let me use a car just in case I needed to get the kids from school. I did some checking around the office and was told Precision Motorworks was the best place to take my 2005 Volvo V70XC. I'm very glad to have a shop close by my work, plus I saved alot of money from not having to take it to the Dealership for my "Check Engine" Light. Only took a few days, and they gave me a Loaner Car too. Thank You! I will be back in to get that Timing Belt done before Summer :)
