It was fast he communicated well. I did my own research on the prices and the normal cost of labor per job when I went home, and the mechanic was more than fair. He takes care of me. I don’t foresee going to any other mechanic shop, and as a person of color, I sometimes can feel when someone is trying to take advantage of me or treat me unfairly. Vanik is amazing! He is knowledgeable, quick, friendly, and very reasonably priced. He keeps up on current trends and researches newer issues, and he is totally familiar with older model trends, too. I fully trust Vanik. If work isn’t necessary, he tells me. If work is necessary, he always gives me an honest assessment. His motto is spot on: “Don’t panic.
