Suraj has bad customer service skills. He is very rude and unprofessional. I'm not sure if he is this way with certain people, but when you're working for others and this is NOT your business, the way you treat people can either help the business or bring the business down. Customers make businesses possible, but when you're not the business owner, you can care less about how you treat the customers. Excellent Service I have used Precision Motors for several years. Their service has always been quick, professional and thorough. Kenny, the owner, is wonderful. I would not take my cars anywhere else. Excellent prices also!
Kenny and his staff at Precision provide a refreshing experience in an industry that is notorious for dishonesty and overcharging. I recommend them to anyone in need and have been using Precision for well over 10 years. On the rare occasion of not getting a difficult or well hidden issue corrected straight out (and I do mean rare) Ken has always done the right thing to resolve.
