I had an awful experience with this office. In short, I scheduled an appointment, firmly believing it was on a Thursday because I wouldn't have booked it for a Wednesday, a day when I have a standing commitment. To my surprise, I called to cancel on Wednesday, thinking my appointment was the following day, only to be told they'd charge me $100 for a no-show. Contacting the office is a hit or miss, as they rarely answer the phone and do not return voicemails. Kristin Kelly, NP was not a helpful provider at all. If you want to constantly be spoken to like a child, have a provider that doesn’t inform you about your care, and has a dismissive attitude, then this is the right provider for you! I am beyond relieved to be transferring my care to a much more personable and caring provider, as my experience at this office was terrible.
