Your provider, Brianna Kirk LMSW is combative and rude. Answering a simple question in an intake appointment should not be that hard yet she spent 20 minutes fighting me to avoid actually answering.
I had an awful experience with this office. In short, I scheduled an appointment, firmly believing it was on a Thursday because I wouldn't have booked it for a Wednesday, a day when I have a standing commitment. To my surprise, I called to cancel on Wednesday, thinking my appointment was the following day, only to be told they'd charge me $100 for a no-show.
