I used this pharmacy to fill a prescription order for Sermorelin. Despite best practices it came unrefrigerated (no ice pack) and already mixed with water. Best practice states it should be refrigerated even in a powder form, but especially after it has been mixed. When I called to ask for a new bottle OR a refund they told me they would not to that because it is their policy to deliver Sermorelin in this way (see below). Ships ketamine pain cream in a bag. Ketamine cream all over! Delivery people obviously stepped on it accidentally. It almost poisoned my animals and kids. $250 down the drain. They actually want u to send a cream filled mess back for a refund/ replacement. Stay away. I called them to complain with many pics but was told I have to go through better u! The ketamine company. Saw the manager Jade illegally verifying prescriptions when she is NOT a pharmacist. Very unprofessional pharmacy I would not recommend.

the sent a compounded medication that needs constant refrigeration 2 day UPS and it was received warm! I have had this same meds overnighted from another pharmacy. SMH and the dosage was confusing, I've taken compounded meds for years and never run into this level of incompetence.
