A clinic you can’t call. Emails who knows if they are read or acted on. Dr TonyCheta appears to be confused and out of her element. She doesn’t remember patients or why they are there when she requested the appointment! To actually get the care you need you have to provide her with the tests or specific name of medication you need. You have to be the doctor!
Website lets you book a walk-in but when you get there they make up their own rules. Dont waste your time
Great clinic! They helped me with all my immunization tests, vaccines, and paperwork. The staff are professional and the nurses are excellent. Fast, efficient, and clear communication. Easy to book follow-up appointments after the first one.
I had the most positive experience with Ivy the receptionist. She's a breath of fresh air in a field that has forgotten all about client care and customer service. Ivy was attentive and sympathetic to my needs at that time. I wish we could replicate her personality for most clinics! Thank you for the warm experience!
