Chris the owner did suspension work on my 2009 Honda civic. The front end of the car collapsed while I was driving it within 9 months of the work being performed. Upon inspection and documented by another mechanic...the front end parts (mainly the control arms) were found to not be torqued down securely. He refused to honor the warranty saying it wasn't his fault due to the fact that a front end alignment was not performed on the car after he did the work.
