My experience with this company has been terrible. They haven't been able to get my new unit up and running after over a week of working on it and always seem surprised by any and all problems. They have their "best" tech working on it but can't get it figured out and they are not responsive with phone calls either. This entire process has been a nightmare. Look elsewhere for your heating and cooling needs.
