Their team is friendly and knowledgeable (from the front desk to the appointment). We have a century home with a boiler system (Which is a first for us). They have always been great about explaining the system, the problem and the solution to me so I can learn more about the system as well. A good quality maintenance team that feels like a true partner in keeping up the heating of our home. Highly recommend.
Worked my whole on call schedule (8 days including memorial day). Got paid time and a half for all after hours weekends and paid holidays.... after putting in a ton of hours at Marc's stores (once until 2am that week, well over 70hrs) they decided not to pay me the way they have throughout my employment. Paid straight time on Sunday and memorial day (I worked over 13 hours on memorial day), not to mention they didn't pay the 8 hours for the holiday either.
