The technician was at the house within 45 minutes of our call to the office. He did an outstanding job and restored heat to our home!
Good experience! Our heat wouldn't turn on for the first cooler day of the season. We tried a few things ourselves, but then called them up. They didn't have any openings for a few days, but it wasn't an emergency, so no big deal. (In the past, they have come out right away when it was actually urgent.) The mechanic (I think his name was Lukus) arrived when he said he would arrive, which was a huge plus for me. He was able to diagnose the issue right away, and got the furnace running.
