Excellent parts service, couldn't be more helpful sourcing the right stuff, AND more than happy to help when those parts didn't turn out to be the right ones after all! 10/10 recommend, I'll keep using them.
Luke Hadfield was fantastic to deal with when we purchased our 15 HP Mercury outboard. Went the extra mile. Would definitely buy from him again. He is a credit to Precision Marine.
Took my 20Hp for a service and the guys were brilliant. Called me to advise of what they recommended and be repaired before committing to the work. They even added a thicker oil to cope with the NT heat. They ordered in additional spare parts for my trip into remote Australia. Absolute first class workmanship and service. Thank you!
I don't normally do these reviews ,but this is an exception. The Precision Marine team has provided exceptional Service and after sales service. A special thanks to Luke and his team for their exceptional service, complemented by great work ethics and great attitudes. It's a credit to the Managment and all the staff from the office to the work shop. Keep up the great work, and thank you, Precision Marine. Highly Recommend Precision Marine. Laurie
The team at Precision Marine have always gone well above expectations and done a fantastic job with my boat, from re-powering, repairs, general maintenance and service. Top notch and know their stuff.
