Absolutely.The worst property management group to do business with check the Iowa Secretary of State website.They have mechanics leans against properties that they represent in iowa! Yvette and Jena are, by far the worst regional managers?I have ever encountered in my 15 years business.I too will be placing my lean against the property and calling the owner of Deergrow investments the owner of the actual property as I have found him on the assessor's website!
Chargers were added to my rent without any type of notice and were backdated for 8 months. The charges were not listed anywhere in my lease. Additionally, I was overcharged for the fees that were in my renewed lease. After contacting management, the management team refused to speak with me when I questioned them about the charges and I was told that I had to pay the fees and they would address the charges at a later date.
Zachary Parkside Apartment Homes in Louisiana, currently managed by Precision Management, has been extremely disappointing. The staff and management are consistently unresponsive and unprofessional. Tenant concerns are routinely ignored and rarely, if ever, addressed in a timely or meaningful manner. The property itself is in very unsanitary condition. This property group does not have professional manners I am horrified by how I was and am treating after severe water damage then ceiling collapse for almost 2 months. I can’t believe asking for an approximate time to be fixed could be replied with such nasty behavior from a management group. Potentially you all need to own less properties to satisfy and maintain tenants.
