I had my testing with Quincy.. she is totally perfect, so good communication..
Had an appointment there, they’ve sent a confusing schedule. I came and the receptionist wasn’t even professionally trained, not very friendly. I was then accommodated. Had my respiratory test done with this lady named, Casey, she’s the worst. Very unprofessional, ranting on me for not able to breath properly. She shouldn’t even be working in a clinic like that. Casey was amazing. Kind, thoughtful, professional, caring and efficient. I look forward to returning to be retested.
Everyone was friendly and easy to get along with. The technologist was very efficient at her tasks and sent me away happy.
The service was great, we didn't wait long, the staff was friendly. Finding parking was a challenge at the Sunridge Location.
