I had a very unpleasant experience during my visit to the lab today. While waiting for my blood work, I observed the staff member who attended to me (I believe her name was Burpindall or something similar) scratching her foot and then immediately putting on gloves without sanitizing or washing her hands first. As someone with a weakened immune system, this was extremely concerning and made me feel very uncomfortable.
