I would not use them ever again. They no showed on an estimate we had with them and didn't even call to follow up. When we called back they said "It rained, we were busy, etc" That's fine - but atleast CALL and let us know you aren't coming. That is #1 in Customer service is calling. Then we had them come out to trim our trees - OUR mistake - and they didn't trim the trees like they promised. When the owner came out to get his money and we showed him what was missed he said "Be out here first thing in the morning" and guess ... read more
