I had all but 2 of the lawn mowing that I contracted but I asked for a refund on the 2 and was told that it would be sent. I have since contacted 6 or 7 times, talked with Mike, and he was pleasant enough, said he would send it but nothing ever comes. I am very unhappy with not getting my $200 some dollars back.

Run away. Just piling on. I thought I was hiring “Lawn Care Snow Removal LLC”. They’re 4.9 on Google. These guys are 2.3 and falling, 1.7 on HomeAdvisor, F at BBB. Failed to clear half our snow last time, this time they haven’t shown up, well after their 24 hour service promise. Customer service line doesn’t pick up , “we’re out doing our routes.”

Whatever you do, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are insanely unprofessional, insanely expensive, and will make up hidden fees to make sure you pay more. We even had them just not show up a few times and when trying to address this with them they just send old pictures from earlier in the year. There are so many other options, please pick them. This company will rip you off.
