I have to give a shout out to Precision Landscaping ! I emailed Josh Fox, Owner about a quote for snow removal. His email reply amazed me! I have a fancy concrete driveway and Josh was upfront about rust and scrapping as a result of the steel blades they use as well as mechanically removing the snow. Through prior interaction, Josh knew now much I love my driveway and want to keep it clean looking. I 100% recommend Precision Landscaping & Construction Inc
This company does not live up to the basic standards of customer service. There was a situation involving a team member who was extremely unprofessional and rude. When I called to report the behavior, I was greeted with the same type of sarcasm and hostility. This led me to request a call back from the owner, who never followed up. There are other companies out there who promote high standards of customer service. I would never refer this business to anyone.
