The jeweller scratched both my sapphires, the original one for my engagement and the second one. Every jeweller I brought it to for second opinions GASPED at the horrible craftsmanship of the setting placement of the prongs and how the jeweller could have scratched my sapphire. I’ve had my ring fixed and buffed here as well as my chain fixed here and they’re very helpful and got them fixed in a timely manner!
I love this store. There are so many beautiful pieces of jewelry. The staff is incredible, and their services are magnificent and quick. I highly recommend that if you have broken jewelry that requires repairs to bring it here. They will take care of you.
