I cannot express how happy I am with the service I received here. From the minute I walked in and spoke with Emily to the day I walked in and picked up my piece, everything was perfect. I had a stone fall out of a ring, and some of the other stones were misaligned and at risk of falling out. The ring isn't anything fancy, but it is sentimental. My husband got my engagement ring at Precision Jewellers then we got our wedding bands here as well. The staff was always friendly, kind, and accommodating and answered any questions we had. We also appreciated how thorough they were with making sure we got the correct size. They also had a beautiful selection. Thank you Precision Jewellers, we love our rings!

They took the time to explain everything, answered all my questions, and made the whole process feel comfortable and stress-free. The staff at this store are amazing! I didn’t get her name which I feel awful about however but I took my son into the store store with a broken necklace with cross that he cherishes from his grandmother and a broken heart. We came in and an lady with dark shorter hair I’m going to guess late 40s-50s immediately met us with a smile and was happy to help him out even though realistically the chain is relatively cheap sterling silver but really holds sentimental value for my son……he came home from school so upset it was broken... read more
