I am a retired nurse of 40 years. I mostly worked in a hospital setting. I have my advanced degree and taught nursing school at the University of Arkansas as adjunct faculty for nine years. It takes a lot to impress me but your facility certainly did. From front desk, very personable, knowledgeable and helpful. I have been using IVX now for about 6 months. EVERY TIME I go there I could not be happier. The staff is always friendly, kind, supportive, caring and personable. I get various RN’s but no matter who I get I’m extremely happy and grateful. First Ms.Tobey greets you as you walk in. And even on days I can tell she’s busy on the phone, waiting on patients etc. she has a smile on her face and kind words to say.
