Precision replaced the clutch on my 2011 BMW. They were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this shop for all BMW service/repairs. Thank you to service managers Michael, Terry, and Yogi who all three helped make my experience a good one.
I'm very happy with the service I received. The shop was very accommodating to me, they took my car in right away, explained all the details of what needs to be done and why. They suggested couple of more repairs that are needed in the near future, didn't try to push me into getting them done right now. They helped me obtain financing at 0% interest to cover the cost. I felt well taken care off and respected in the process. I recommend then to everyone!
Precision Import Auto is fantastic as usual. Great communication throughout the entire process, trustworthy service, and they always go above and beyond. Michael and his crew even took care of the warranty phone calls for me, which made everything so much easier and stress-free. It’s hard to find an honest and reliable shop these days, but these guys consistently deliver top-notch service. Highly recommend — 5 stars!
