Loved the Mandarin location. Karin who did my echo was amazing. She let me know what was going on and what she was looking for the whole time. Alicia at the front was very upbeat and friendly. Wished me a safe ride on my way to Daytona. That was nice.
Maria, Gisselle and Sarah were great
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with such warm smiles. I showed up 30 minutes before my appointment time and Jenn in Ultrasound got me right back. She was super professional and very kind. Alicia and Maria at the front desk were rockstars too. I drove an hour away for this ultrasound and would do it again. Thanks to everyone for making it a pleasant experience.
I had diagnostics with M. Guisselle and it was smooth, quick, and as easy breezy as possible. Prob my best (fastest, calmest, easiest) imaging experience to date. I’ll def seek out this facility in the future!!
Staff was great. Front desk(Alicia) was very personable, student that started my scan was very professional, and Jenn doing ultrasound comforted me when I knew things weren’t looking good.
