Hade me in the waiting room for hours with an iv in my arm waiting way past my appointment, everyone was complaining in the waiting room would not recommend
Had an appointment today 9/16/26 at the Gateway location, from the front counter check-in to the end was excellent but what impressed me even more was the African American Technician that did my testing, Laqueeta is her name not sure if I spelled it correctly. This young lady showed such excellent professionalism when dealing with me and I mean all of me. She was gentle and kind and talked me through every step through the testing. Terrible, terrible, terrible. I set up an appointment with them around 2 weeks ago. The day of the appointment they call me and I call them back and it's somebody from a call center that can hardly speak English and she can't get anything resolved. I was on the phone with her for 18 minutes and she kept saying just one minute, just one minute and then she said somebody said they talked to me today and they rescheduled my appointment. I come here every year for my mammograms. Within the past year, I've also had to come for ultrasounds from a DVT turned pulmonary embolism. Typically, in the past, my visits were quick and results were uploaded promptly. I recently had a mammogram done (8/27/26) and was told results would be uploaded within a few days. Those few days past and nothing uploaded to the patient portal but the images from my mammogram. No report with the results.
