I had to call 3x just to get someone who spoke english (even then, not their primary language). The offshoring of call centers will cost you customers. Hire Americans, or at least native english speakers...
Staff extremely friendly and helpful. However, imaging center does not have seats for their staff and have to stand for prolonged periods of time.. This was disatisifying and unprofessional to observe especially coming from a healthcare facility myself.
I highly recommend precision imaging. I had a great experience with my tech. I had to have two ultrasounds and Jenn made the process faster and made sure I was comfortable. Jenn in ultrasound is the best.
