I've actually built twice with Precision Custom Homes! I was setting out to build in early 2020 but when Covid hit I was concerned about my job and built my home in two different stages. I'm sure Precision didn't really want to do that but they were gracious enough to build my 3-car garage with a small apartment above it first so I could live on my land. Precision Custom Homes has built a beautiful, quality custom home for me in the mountains. I cannot say enough good things about the Precision team trustworthy, dedicated to their jobs, exceptional communication, great folks to work with. The initial process of picking out all allowances was daunting at first but I quickly realized that it was a critical piece of the build to keep Precision and me on track. We moved from Dallas ******* to ****** *******. Out of several builders in the ******* county area we choose Precision Custom Homes. Precision provided a list of clients that we were welcome to speak to, this along with the reviews we read helped us make or decision.
