I strongly advise not using this company as the customer service, competence and professionalism is really lacking. My experience with this company was with the elder partner, Ron Hayes who came to my home to give a bid on an existing attic space with the objective of adding a bathroom, a bedroom and dormers. Ron's approach was very dismissive and rude throughout my encounter with him. AMAZING experience with Precision. We did a full house remodel - redoing a classic 1965 cape cod home and turning it into a masterpiece. Everyone at precision was outstanding at communication & presence. Never an issue unresolved, never an email unanswered. 100% respectful workers - we couldn't have asked for anything better. We are completely in love with our house. The quality of the craftsmanship is unbeatable. We are forever thankful!
