Schedule them to come out for a Chimney sweep. The person never showed up, we called the mainline to see where the tech was at and they said they would call us back with an update but never did. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone and will not call them again.
Made an appointment to have mine and another family members chimney cleaned, not only were they a no show but no call nothing. I took the day off work to be home. I find that to be extremely unprofessional and rude.
We had booked through a company called Michigan Air Duct Cleaning because the company we used in the past was no longer offer duct cleaning service. They came to clean our ducts and dryer vents on August 24th. From the start things weren't going well. They had given us a large time block for arrival and still showed up two hours after the upper end (after I had to call twice to find out where they were).
