Precision Home Inspections inspected a house for us that we later purchased, but several issues were missed that I believe should have been identified during the inspection. These included electrical outlets with burn marks or that did not work, poor roof condition, sinks that did not drain properly, a water leak in the basement, and a fixture labeled as a sump pump that was not actually functioning as one.
