My experience with precision home inspections was superb. I needed a home inspector in Steamboat Springs and this company fit the bill. Jeremy was punctual and showed up with a smile. He was meticulous, using a drone to inspect the roof and even climbing into a spider infested crawl space to inspect the foundation. I was impressed that he completed and sent the report to me on the same day! Overall, I highly recommend this company for your inspection needs.
Jeremy is an absolute ROCKSTAR! Due to a family situation, I needed a home inspection done on a property in Milner immediately. Jeremy was incredibly professional from start to finish. He made scheduling easy, was communicative, and punctual on the day of our inspection. Jeremy took the time to answer all our questions, going through all of our concerns with as much detail as possible. His inspection report was very thorough and timely. Overall, a great experience.
