Buddy was great, not only did he point out things to watch out for, but he also mentioned all of the positive things the house included. The report was really well detailed with descriptive pictures and text so that we could keep it for our records going forward. For the price of his inspection I would say its definitely worth every penny. I look forward to working with Buddy in the future again!

Buddy was very rude. My husband works from home and was in his home office during the inspection Buddy was very rude and said the house should be empty. These days a high percentage of people work from home. Lied and said my husband didn’t have mask on as he walked outside to take a break. Buddy was early to the appointment and was very rude when asked to move his truck so I could get car out of garage. Buddy was fantastic to work with. He is extremely meticulous and knowledgeable. Buddy always showed up a early and doesn't seem to miss anything. My wife and I used him for our intial and final inspection, and we could not have been more impressed with his professionalism. He is trustworthy and will be straight with you.
