Amazing service. Extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the engineering of a home. He discussed aspects of homes regarding electrical, foundation, plumbing and more like a master of his craft. He even knew what type of wood my garage was constructed with just by site and knew the ages of other homes just by looking at them. Which, he was right about too. Well worth his fee just to learn from him, as well as getting the home inspected. Worth every penny.

Just did a home inspection with Eric Jan 2023. I was very picky and was particularly looking for an inspector with a construction background and I'm glad I did. He went beyond typical observe-and-report inspection. He explained to me potential consequences, causes and implications of the issues that he saw, and was not afraid to give me his professional / personal overarching opinion of the house, which I appreciated much. He was very polite and offered an excellent service. Highly recommended!
Eric was extremely unprofessional and incompetent. From his canceling and rescheduling (because his wife made him a special dinner) to the rude comments he made to the sellers about doing his laundry for him. He rushed through an inspection that should of taken at least 3 hours in under an hour. Had he found all the issues with this home we wouldn't of purchased it. 1.
