We scheduled an appointment to have a consultation for a whole house remodel. They called a week prior to reschedule the appointment, which was totally fine. Three minutes before the new scheduled appointment time, they called and said that there was a delay in an inspection somewhere else and that the contractor/designer would not be able to make it.
