These very nice gentleman were very pleasant, very informative, and very efficient! They said 5 or 10 minutes and they were true to their word! They even helped us with a heater problem! They led us in the right direction to get what we need fixed! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM FOR ALL OF YOUR HEATING AND COOLING NEEDS!!! I DEFINITELY WILL BE USING THEM IN THE FUTURE! THANKS AGAIN FOR ALL YOU DO!
Such nice, honest, and down to earth crew! Thomas took time to explain all the options and pros and cons to us and was great with explaining things to my disabled husband. Strongly recommend you give them a chance to earn your business. No regrets on this purchase or this company.
Thomas was excellent. We had a water heater that stopped working and I called Thomas and he was at our house in less than 2 hours. In less than 24 hours he has replaced our water heater, and for a great price too. I can’t recommend Thomas and Precision Heating and Cooling enough! They earned a customer for life.
