Juan and crew were amazing. They worked diligently throughout the day to replace our heater and ac with a new heat pump, as well as replacing all our duct work. They were thorough and very clean. Answered all my questions in detail. Brandon, our sales person was very professional and helpful. His communication and explanations were most helpful.

I’ve had the pleasure of using Precisions services since the beginning of 2026 on referral from a co worker for work. Since then, they’ve worked with me time and time again to address issues as quickly as possible and leaving our residents satisfied. Their office staff is as friendly as they are professional, and I appreciate them moving mountains to expedite our emergency work orders. A great company all around.

7/2026 update: I had to call Precision for an emergency repair. We are experiencing a 4 Day weekend heat wave and no AC is unbarable. They dispatched JJ in the same day despite fully booked apts. JJ is so knowledgeable, and walked me through the troubleshooting steps and explained to me the possible causes. He recovered the system within an hour.
