Juan, Daniel2.0, and Andrew are the greatest team from Precision Heating and Cooling to install a Daikin 36k BTUH 4 zone mini split heat pump to replace the old broken piece at my house. They are professional, careful, clean, and working in a timely manner. Well done guys!

Contractors threw their trash - several chicken bones from lunch - on the ground in a busy residential area. My dog tried to eat one literally while they were still there eating chicken from a bag, watching me panic to remove the bone from his mouth. Not only is it disrespectful to treat the neighborhood like a trash can, but cooked bones are dangerous for dogs to eat. One star for them apologizing but please do better.

Andrew, Juan, and Javier did a great job replacing our furnace and installing AC. They showed up on time, were very friendly and professional, and left everything as clean as they found it. The system works great, and they made sure I knew how to work it before they left. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this business.

The technician came out quickly after I scheduled and did a great, thorough job diagnosing the issue — very professional and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, I never received the quote I was promised, from Megan, even after following up a couple of times. It’s been weeks now, so I’ve decided to go with another company. Disappointed, because the service itself started out really well.
