Colt was our service repairman and I cannot say enough good about how awesome he was! Very professional and knowledgable and caring. With a big drop in temperatures coming this week, he said he would not stop until it was fixed. This meant driving back and forth to his shop 3 times for different parts! He fixed it and even checked our other unit for a gas leak because we smelled gas. He found it and literally saved our house from blowing up. My furnace quit firing up! They came out right away (even with this week being a short holiday week) and serviced it! Got it up and running in an hour! Colt was super great to work with! I would highly recommend them!
I’m going to start sharing companies that don’t know how to drive, and then let you know the companies on the vehicle. Truck sped into a park and almost hid a teen walking cause the driver wasn’t paying attention. Don’t spend money here. Drive better.
I experienced a very concerning incident where one of your drivers abruptly cut me off in bumper-to-bumper traffic without signaling or any warning, nearly causing a serious accident. I strongly urge your company to prioritize driver training and safety by hiring more competent and responsible individuals.
