They diagnosed the problem and came up with a plan to fix the problem. When they received their shipment of units they were given the wrong one. They went out of their way to drive to Omaha and back in one afternoon and still came out to our place, installed the unit and had it up and running in just a few hours. Very grateful for their efforts!
Our A/C went out in June. K-T came out, gave us a quote, and installed all within a few days. I got quotes from 3 local businesses and K-T was the lowest bid. Their techs were kind and professional. And we were so grateful to have the new system in quickly.
The guys at KT Heating are great! I had recently been diagnosed with colon cancer, and two day before my surgery to remove part of my colon, our air conditioning unit went out. I had extended family coming in to help with my children, and to prepare meals for us once I got out of the hospital. Not to mention, the forecast for the weekend was in the 90s.
