Its too bad I can't give 0 stars. I had no heat at my house, and they charged 287 to replace a heat ignitor, which costs no more than 50 to 75 dollars for the part. The reasoning for this is because he had to drive out to diagnose what was going on, which is what they charged the 99 dollar diagnostic service fee for. He then stated that it was 287 to make sure the entire system was running properly and that the install happened correctly. The worst bunch of incompetent people I've ever seen. They've been working on my mother's ac unit for a freaking month, they keep saying they have to order parts but they never have the right part, my mother's nearly 80 years old and still has no air. Now it's fall so she probably doesnt need air but her unit still hasn't been put back together. Don't use these guys!!!
