From the estimate, to th installation, they arrived as scheduled and answered all of our questions. When speaking with the office, again, very helpful and friendly. I throughly enjoyed our conversations. We would absolutely recommend them, and we will use them if any of our other properties require service.
Came home Wednesday to find that my AC wasn’t blowing cold air. I called Precision Heating and Air, who came highly recommended by one of my friends, and they had someone out first thing Thursday morning who did a thorough check, had the part I needed and had it installed - all in an less than an hour. Price was reasonable and I now also highly recommend them!
From my first call to request service to having our unit repaired, the process took less than 4 hours! The service was exceptional. Our technician, Cecil, was a miracle worker. He was professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. With a disabled son, not having AC is extremely detrimental to his health.
