Precision heating and air is the best service in the area! Their customer service is amazing! I was not home when they came to my house and instead of coming back later in the day, they started looking at my unit and waited until I got home. They do quality work and answer all your questions. Highly recommend! I will be setting up my seasonal service with them moving forward!
I had to change an appointment and found out I had to do it after hours so I called figuring to leave a voicemail due to being almost 7 pm and the Owner Answered the Company phone and helped me adjust the appointment. Cecil was amazing. He came to my home and fixed my AC problem that I was having for a year in 5 minutes. I would recommend this company to everyone. Great customer service! I called on a Friday for my son's ac unit and the tech came out to fix it the same day. They even answered all of my many questions.
