Absolutely horrible customer service. I drove an hour away for this appointment. I got a call at 0958, as I was pulling into the building for my 10am appointment to be told they can not see me as they needed early check in. They told me I could wait another hour or this afternoon for another appointment. When I told them no, that is ridiculous I am there at my appointment time, the receptionist hung up on me. If I could give 0 stars I would.

This was the best service I have ever received. They got me a same day appt and were able to repair my hearing aids. I was lost without them and the thought of mailing them back to the manufacturer was daunting. The receptionist was kind and understanding and Theodore B***, the Hearing Insrument Specialist gave me the most efficient and kind help one could ever ask for. I was a strangers to them and they treated me like a loyal customer! Kudos!

I received a free hearing test from Hearing Life in Midwest City, OK, on or about February 12, 2019; I was unable to afford the devices at the price quoted. I neglected to ask for a printout of my hearing evaluation for my personal medical files ... I visited this location again on May 3, 2019, to ask for the printout. The receptionist told me the cost for a printout would be $75.00! I couldn't believe it! I'll not ever use this company again. *** **********

Recently, I went to A & B Hearing Aid & Audiology Center located on Blanco Street, San Antonio Texas. I went in for a routine hearing aid cleaning and staff returned dead. They went into sales mode trying to sell me a new hearing Aid. I told them I wanted my hearing aid repaired. They told me it would cost ME $350.00 but were not sure they could fix this. My experience with Total Hearing was terrible. Staff is constantly changing and they offer uneven and poor levels of care. Current practitioner did not listen to my needs. Former practitioner damaged my hearing (tinnitus) with faulty hearing aid settings. Total Hearing refused to compensate me fairly for this hearing damage. I now have a life-long disability due to Total Hearing's incompetence and they have paid no price.

Hearing Life called my 89 year old father to set up an appointment to do a checkup on his 6 month old hearing aids. He was skeptical and he asked me call and find out more. The person I talked with on the phone knew my father’s medical history (relating to his hearing loss), his address, phone number (obviously) and other private medical information.
