Dr. Moore is wonderful but is only one person and can do only so much. The staff here is rude, do not know how to handle financial business. I was told for months that I was military no I had to pay nothing, then I receive a bill for each of those visits. No explanation and I am still trying to get my account straightened out.

I.They are the nicest people i have ever had the pleasure of going to. The clinic is very busy,but hey the majority of people who go there have no insurance.So most of the people who go there are ungrateful, Dr. Moore and his staff are great.And remember he does Emergency too! He is the only doctor there,and most the idiots who go there can,t keep up with their appointment,so on top of his normal day.These people are doing walk-ins.And honestly I think most of them are drying to get meds, and hey if thats how he weeds them o... read more

Dr Moore and his wife are very good people. However, not everyone else is nice. They will make you wait up to 3 hours in the waiting room. I asked a person who works here about why they do this, she replied with a whisper " yeah I don't know why they do this but it seems like they do not care about it" ( i know this person) The groups are un-informative. The person who runs them "Jim" knows NOTHING about substance abuse, uses threats and scare tactics. He is very biased, very opinionated! Anyone in this profession knows to l... read more

I arrived at 12:15 for a 1:00 appt for my 13 year old son. We sat in the waiting room for 2 hours without any staff saying anything to us. The staff was not dressed as if they even worked there. And all walked around like turtles laughing and carrying on without any concern to the peoples time that are there waiting. My 13 year old son had to listen to people cursing, being loud and talking about all the drugs they were on, which is very inappropiate for a 13 year old to hear. Probably the worst medical visit of my life. I came in as a new patient and had an appointment scheduled at 1 pm. I arrived at 12:45 to ensure I had everything I needed. I had completed the new patient packet by 1 and was told to wait in the lobby. I sat for 45 minutes while employees wandered aimlessly around the waiting area. At 1:45 I walked back into the reception area to ask how long it might be. First let me say that Dr. Moore is nice but they only have one therapist. When I told the therapist I've been starving she said I'm fat and can't believe that. I told her I've got hypothyroidism but still she's very rude . I was attending their group therapy there and a van picked me up and would bring me home. When I said its ridiculous its 45 min late, the coordinator said I'm no longer welcome on the van and I'm now stranded with no way home. Dr. Moore is wonderful. He's the most compassionate Doctor I've ever known.
