My AC stopped blowing cold air, I called Precision from a recommendation by my boss. David came out ran a test and saved the HOT day by letting me know it was only the starter. He replaced the part and my AC kicked right on. He was extremely polite and very professional. Thank you David!!!!
I hope your service was better than mine. I scheduled a quote to install a tankless water heater and met the tech on Fri (7/10). Called the tech on Monday and he stated that I would get it Tuesday. Well Tuesday has never came, because I never received the quote and today is 7/17. Definitely will not recommend them for anything.
My experience was amazing with David. He came over, diagnosed the issue pretty quickly, showed me what was wrong and where. Got the part ordered and put on, up and running after 24 hours. He was very thorough and very professional. Everything was efficient and done smoothly. This company i feel went above and beyond. We are so grateful and highly recommend 🙏
I got a new heat pump installed back in April 2025 and while there was some confusion on items during the install, they made everything right in the end. I also had to get a warranty repair in July/August of the same year, and while there was some confusion on the warranty labor coverage, it was all made right by them in the end. The service manager David gave me his direct number to contact in the future.
Our experience with Precision on 7/10/25: Long story short: Service guy came out and told me our capacitor and contactor were bad. He tried taking advantage of us by charging $776 for less than 30 minutes of work, and we realized he was charging us extra fees. When confronted about this, he lied and told us the fees weren’t included. They obviously were and this was confirmed by their office that I spoke to.
