Drew, the owner, replaced two broken windows for us and made the whole process very easy. He handled everything himself - came out to measure, gave us the quote and did the install. You can tell he really cares about his work and his customers - he took the time to chat, answer questions and just be a real person, not a rushed contractor. That type of business interaction seems rare these days and it was much appreciated. Great guy, great local small business. Highly recommend!
Drew, the owner of Precision Glass, was fantastic when he came to our house after a massive windstorm caused our kitchen window to shatter. He measured the broken window and ordered the replacement glass promptly. He also measured for a new piece of glass for a picture frame. When I mentioned our windows were hard to open, he thoughtfully provided replacement springs for one window as a test to improve functionality. Just had a large thermal pane replaced in my kitchen garden window. It looks better than new! Precision Glass was professional and neat, and we are very happy with the results.
Very disappointed at the lack of professionalism. Asked to have glass replaced and I was met with judgement and condescension. Very sad way to do business.
