RecommendedWe recently had a window broken in our vacation home in the Stevens Point area. We live in Milwaukee. I emailed all three glass companies in the SP area for information on getting it repaired. Janelle was the only person to actually call me back and get all of the details. My husband and I want to praise the excellent work of John Middaugh. We had a broken window pane on the sash of a replacement window we purchased from and had installed by a national chain some years ago. John came to our home, assessed the situation, and then took the time to contact the national chain and ensure that our window warranty was honored. The window came and John returned to install it! We were thrilled. Precision Glass staff have installed other projects for us and the service has always been first-rate.
This company did a fantastic job of both communicating the product and process AND an incredible installation job! It was not an easy door to replace but they made it close and open perfectly. Total professionally.
