This is a great company. They did our driveway gate right as the pandemic started and it is beautiful. They were fast and professional, showed up in time and courteous. They were so good we tapped them just last year to build our front exterior gate. They provided design choices and built a beautiful gate. The installation was similar, they showed up when they said they would, even provided text confirmation and notice when they were coming. We have 2 gates to our dog run on the side of our house which were unable to be closed and were causing us concern that our dogs would be able to get out. We called Precision and they came out the same day and serviced our gates AND lubricated our 2 garage doors mechanisms as maintenance all for $95! The technician was on time and we are thrilled that our gates now close and latch. Wow, I came to write a review and they are a five star business with over 1000 reviews! But I am not surprised. We called to get an estimate for a broken spring and new opener, they were almost half the price of the "Pros" , they came the next day and then told us our garage door was light and we would be fine with one spring, saved a couple hundred bucks! They are responsive, punctual and honest and Jordan did a fantastic job and is a really nice guy. Why go anywhere else?
