Great service by Douglas. We had to have two garage door openers replaced and he worked tirelessly on a hot day to get that done for us. He also took the time to explain how everything worked. Happy with our new garage door opener set up!

Garage spring broke on Sunday evening and was fixed by Monday before noon. Ian was efficient, answered every question I had, and made the best out of what could have been a stressful situation. Thank you Ian, and thank you Precision.
One of our springs broke on Sunday (perfect timing) and luckily for us Ian came out not long after I called to take a look at it and was very informative on what our options were and how fast it could be fixed. Ian did a great job of communicating with us throughout the entire process and got our garage door running again in no time!
