Ian Rice came out to assess required repairs within an hour of calling in. I appreciate the prompt arrival, positive attitude and quick work on repairs. Will use in the future.
Ian Rice did a super job of repairing our door. This was a Sunday “emergency” job…..2 broken cables and a broken spring. He was here when promised, finished the work in a timely manner, and was able to add an outside keypad to our unit.
We appreciated having Ian come to repair our garage door!! He was punctual, easy to talk to, explained things to me, and worked quickly. I couldn’t believe that our new garage door motor and wheels were so quiet afterwards! Plus, when a UPS worker came to drop off a package at our house, he asked him to not ring the doorbell while my baby slept. Wow! Thank you. He is highly recommended.
Excellent service! Ian was great to work with, he knew his stuff and was in and out within about and hour and a half. 2 new springs & 4 bearings later, he got it working tip top again. Thanks!
We’ve had other technicians come repair our garage door over the years but this time we needed a replacement. Nick and Ian were very informative, we’re beyond satisfied with the quick service they provided. I would not hesitate to recommend them!
