Had Ian come out to realign & add stability rod due to issues I caused trying to get out of my garage too soon in the early morning. He was very helpful and thorough in explaining and giving options as to the best outcome of my choosing. Not to mention this was the day after July 4th! Thank you again for the great service!
I run a business and need to make sure our garage is in order at all times. I called them in the morning and they got me in the same day to fix my garage door that wouldn't close. Ian came out and explained everything he was going to do while also giving me tips on preventative maintenance. He was very attentive to the time I had available to be present with him.
