After years of dealing with a non-functional garage door opener, I finally took action and called Precision. When they told me someone would be here in an hour I couldn’t stop from bursting into laughter. I apologized and explained it was just so unexpected and welcome not to hear a date two weeks out, or two months. My garage door was always really loud, it turns out it was never installed properly. Alex expertly adjusted my door, springs and all other components and now it operates quieter and smoother than it ever has! I am supremely happy.
