We had a crisis! The garage door was stuck open. It would not move no matter what I did or called it. Made the best decision of the day and reached Precision. Got terrific customer service rep on the phone. Set up an immediate appointment and Solomon showed up within an hour as promised. After checking it all out he found exactly what was wrong and proceeded to fix the broken spring and replaced the motor head. Nick Johnson came out to help us do a service on the door. It wasn’t broken but was squeaking a bit and I wanted to make sure it was OK. He did an excellent job of checking the entire thing out and, had my request, gave me a quote for a garage door opener to replace the one currently on the door we checked. He was quick. Professional And very friendly. We have used this company to replace our doors and wouldn’t ask anybody else to touch that part of the house. Can’t recommend Precision enough! The staff was professional and truly cared about doing a good job. Our garage doors not only look great but function so seamlessly. Kaleb installed the doors and worked for over 6 hours to make sure everything was perfect. Such wonderful service!!
