The Technician was extremely helpful and very thorough. He also did a great job on working of the system.
Brad did an excellent job of diagnosing the reasons behind our 13 yr old garage opener not working. Too small, old rusted return spring. Not asked if we could upgrade to 3/4 hp motor and he said that’s his recommendation coupled with a new belt driven track and new spring. He got the job done the same day with a new unit that included a much improved LED 360 light and camera. Very happy with the professionalism and immediate replacement response. 10 out of 10! I highly recommend Precision!
