Spring broke on our garage door. Called precision Friday evening at 7pm, they arrived at 7:45, and our garage door was repaired by 9. Excellent work, Dave was fantastic, would highly recommend!

The technician was fine; however the dispatch is not on the same page with the technician. Dispatch said to me that the inspection was going toward the repair which was accurate however she also gave me an $369.00 × 2 plus tax tag and title. Well, I had just got off the phone with the competition which was over $1000.00. I went with them. Only to find it wasn't true.
